General terms and conditions
1. Introduction
1.1. These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “GTC“) govern the relations between Freight People sro, with its registered office at Dobřanská 665, 332 09, Štěnovice, IČO: 02961792, registered at the Regional Court in Plzeň, file number C 35067 (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” ) on the one hand, and individuals (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants” or individually as the “Applicant“) who use the Websites operated by the Company located on the www.freightpeople.eu domain (the “Website“).
1.2 For purposes of these GTC, an Applicant means any natural or legal person using these GTCs. By using the Website, for the purposes of these GTC, it is understood, in particular, to enter information on the Website, to retrieve information from the Website, to process information on the Website, and to open web pages in an Internet browser from any electronic device.
1.3. The Company reserves the right to update, change, or possibly replace the GTC with a new version of the GTC. By using the Website, Applicant agrees to the updated GTC.
2. Rules for using Website
2.1. The Company operates a Website to provide recruitment services to the Applicant (recruitment, agency work, talent management, etc.). The Applicant is not entitled to use the Website for any other purpose.
2.2. The applicant is required to refrain from publishing or uploading any data, materials, and files that
2.2.1. are untrue, inaccurate or otherwise misleading;
2.2.2. infringe any copyright or other intellectual or industrial property rights of any third party;
2.2.3. are offensive, reprehensible, obscene, or may be otherwise interpreted as inappropriate by the company or third parties.
2.2.4. may be considered as defamation within the meaning of Section 184 of Act No. 40/2009 Coll., Criminal Code, as amended, honorary offense pursuant to Section 7, Paragraph 1 of Act No. 251/2016 Coll. on certain offenses, as amended, to interfere with the personal rights of a natural person or with the reputation of a legal person or otherwise in a manner contrary to Czech or foreign generally binding legal regulations;
2.2.5. may incite violence or lead to other offenses or delinquency, or may lead to damage to life, health, property or natural rights;
2.2.6. infect the Website with viruses, malware, bloatware, or any other type of software that interferes with the effective operation of the Website, modifies its content, or enables unauthorized retrieval of information from the Website; or
2.2.7. to their publication or upload to the Website require the consent of a third person and this consent was not given in advance.
2.3. The Applicant acknowledges that, in the event of a breach of these GTC and generally binding legal regulations, the Company will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities or other public authorities to identify the person who violated the GTC and / or the law.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
3.1. Except as expressly stated otherwise, copyrights and other intellectual property rights to the entire content on the Website are owned by the Company or the persons approved the Company for this use.
3.2. You may not download or otherwise copy any content from the website unless it is intended for your personal use or if the downloading of such content is not expressly permitted. However, even if content is allowed to be downloaded, the Applicant is required to comply with all copyright or other intellectual property rights.
3.3. It is strictly forbidden to modify, decrypt or otherwise manipulate the software, the source code of the Website or other information contained on the website. Automated collection of information from the Website is prohibited.
4. Accessibility and changes to Website content
4.1. The Company shall make every effort to maintain the Website so as to ensure its full and continuous operation capability. Occasionally, however, there may be an outage due to maintenance, reworking, or technical issues. The Company is not obliged to ensure the uninterrupted accessibility of the Website.
4.2. The website and its functioning may be changed, suspended or terminated at any time. The Company is authorized at any time, without notice, to extend, restrict or otherwise change the scope of the information published on the Website.
5. Links to other websites
5.1. In order to extend service providers are provided on the Web site there are links to third party websites. The Company is not responsible for the content of these third-party websites listed on the website. Visiting this site is at the applicant’s own risk.
5.2. To identify the needs of Website visitors and to provide a better recruiting company, aggregated statistical and other site visitor’s data that may be shared with other selected third parties may be collected. These data may be collected using the data provided by Applicants, but these data are anonymized, so third parties are unable to identify Applicant’s identity or otherwise identify him/her.
6. Personal data
All personal data of individuals will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
7. Final provisions
7.1. If any provision of these GTC becomes invalid or unenforceable, its invalidity or importability shall in no way affect the validity and enforceability of other provisions that remain in full force and effect.
7.2. These GTCs are governed by Czech law.
