Development manager
Our client is expanding its presence into the Polish market, and we are seeking an experienced and qualified professional to represent their company locally. The successful candidate will lead the initiation and development of operations in Poland, establishing a strong foundation for future growth.
What will be your role as a Development manager?
- Professionally represent our client’s company on the Polish market.
- Collaborate with local freight forwarding and logistics companies.
- Effectively promote and sell products and services.
- Establish and develop the organization’s presence, operations, and network in Poland.
- Develop strategic plans to penetrate the Polish market and expand the reach.
- Initiate and manage client relationships to build a loyal customer base.
- Identify opportunities and assist in launching new services tailored to market needs.
What's expected
- Proven experience and expertise in the logistics, freight forwarding, or related industry within Poland (sales and operations).
- Strong understanding of the Polish market dynamics and business environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Polish and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a startup-like environment.
- Established network of contacts within the local logistics industry is advantageous.
