Inside Sales Specialist
International transport and logistics company with branches in more than 35 countries worldwide is currently looking for a new colleague for the position of Inside Sales Specialist to join their office in Budapest. What to expect as an Inside Sales Specialist?
- Conducting market research to identify potential clients for our sea, air, and rail freight forwarding services
- Reaching out to prospective customers through cold calling and building long-term business relationships
- Maintaining regular contact with existing clients and supporting them in your assigned region
- Arranging meetings and appointments for the Sales Representative you will closely cooperate with
- Working hand in hand with the Sales Representative and providing support during client visits and sales activities
- Contributing to the achievement of sales targets
- Recording sales activities and updating relevant information in the CRM system
- Preparing reports and ensuring proper follow-up on sales opportunities
What's expected
- Previous experience with telephone sales or outbound calling
- Interest in learning about the freight forwarding market, company processes, and service portfolio
- Good command of English and Hungarian
- A proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative
- A results-oriented attitude and strong sense of responsibility
- Good communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
