Sales Executive
Our client, an international freight forwarding and logistics company, is looking for ambitious and results-driven Sales Executives to strengthen its commercial teams across Central and Eastern Europe.
This is a true hunter role focused on developing new business opportunities and expanding the company's customer portfolio. Whether you already have experience in freight forwarding or come from another B2B sales environment with a strong business development mindset, we would love to hear from you.

What to expect as a Sales Executive?
- Identify and acquire new customers within your assigned region
- Develop business opportunities across road, air, sea and rail freight services
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
- Prepare commercial offers and negotiate business agreements
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to successful closing
- Cooperate closely with Operations and other internal departments to ensure excellent customer service
- Support the company's growth and strengthen its market presence
- Meet and exceed agreed sales targets
What's expected
- Previous B2B sales experience (experience in freight forwarding or logistics is a strong advantage but not mandatory)
- Hunter mentality with a passion for acquiring new business
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, proactive and goal-oriented personality
- Ability to work independently and manage your own sales pipeline
- Valid driving licence
- Basic English communication skills (English is an advantage but not mandatory)
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region
Training & Onboarding
- Comprehensive onboarding provided by the local Country Manager
- Training typically takes no longer than one week
- Both experienced freight forwarding professionals and candidates from other industries are welcome to apply
